Return & Cancellation Policy - Weight Loss Medication:

 

Following your purchase, you have 48 hours to upload the required images or book a video call with one of our health advisors. This step is required to verify your identity and must be completed before one of our specialist nurses can review your application.

 

After 48 hours from date of purchase:If the status of your initial purchase and order is Incomplete or On Hold and you request to cancel your order, a 25% administrative charge will be incurred.

 

We want to clarify that, in typical circumstances, returns or refunds are only accepted under specific conditions: if there's a dispensing error, if the pen is found to be faulty upon receipt, or if the customer is ineligible for treatment.

 

Returns for reasons unrelated to these conditions, such as a change of mind, are not accepted once a prescription is ready to be created and dispensed. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide all relevant documentation, photographs, and returns. Until these are received and confirmed, subsequent refunds cannot be processed.​

 

Shipping: Tirzepatide is a temperate-controlled medication that will arrive in packaging intended to maintain its temperature for the duration of shipping. It will arrive via Royal Mail - please ensure your shipping address is correct and that someone is available to accept the delivery, or that you make other arrangements for delivery once you receive your tracking information. If the product cannot be accepted on the delivery date, or is returned to the pharmacy for non-acceptance, the product cost will not be refunded to you.

Return & Cancellation Policy - Wellness Products:

 

We'll accept returns for any unopened Wellness (Wellgard) products purchased through www.mshmedicare.co.uk and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date.  All returns must be pre-approved by customer service; please contact us if you have any discrepancies with your order.

After 30 days from your purchase date, we regret to inform you that we are no longer to offer an exchange or refund.  To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in the original packaging.  A receipt or proof of purchase may also be required to facilitate the processing of your return.

Refunds will not be issued for empty containers or products that have been fully used. Returns of opened products will be accepted if the product is faulty. We may require photographic evidence to support claims of damage, faults, or missing components. 

​

Upon receipt of the returned items, we will process refunds as appropriate. In certain instances, partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery do not qualify for a full refund.
